    • Will cover the cost of an eviction if required​

  • Unexpected Vacancy Coverage. Should a tenant stop paying rent for one of the eligible reasons below, we will cover the rent for up to 2 MONTHS or until the property is leased again:

    • Tenant skips out on lease, without the required notice/cancelations fees.

    • ​Sole Tenant passes away.

    • Tenant leaves because of military service or transfer.

  • Rekey of property if one of the above events does occur. 

Plus 75% of first months rent for tenant placement
